Refund policy

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want every Buffs customer to love their experience. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we'll refund you in full within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@eatbuffs.co with your order number and a quick note about your experience. You don't need to send the product back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, crushed, or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

Refunds are limited to one per customer per 30-day period. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse.
