Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During product drops or promotional periods, processing may take up to 2 weeks; estimated ship dates will be shown at checkout.

Shipping methods

We ship within the United States via standard ground carriers (USPS, UPS, or similar). Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Delivery timeframes

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Our responsibility

Buffs is responsible for getting your order to the delivery address you provide. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Buffs is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery.

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows the package is lost or stuck in transit (not yet delivered), email hello@eatbuffs.co and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

International

We currently ship within the United States only.
